Q: Look like a celebrity? I feel like that’s too far-fetched for a goal… Is that even possible?
A: Of course everyone is different – bone structure, height, muscle gaining patterns, fat storing patterns, eating patterns, strengths and weaknesses, etc. But we must understand that celebrities are also humans – nothing special. They’ve simply became the best versions of themselves.
And so can you! Sure, you won’t be EXACTLY like them, because each individual is unique. But we can take why they look great (such as their bodily ratios), and apply that with our training. With this, you can be the best version of yourself! And trust me, you may not be a celebrity still, but you’ll look great, feel great, and perform great in that state – a lot better than the majority.
